The Subject member counterclaims that the allegation contains false and fabricated information. The counterclaim is so intrinsically linked to the original allegation as to be unable to stand as a separate complaint .	The Deputy Monitoring Officer determined the matter passes the gateway test, significant audio and witness evidence has been obtained, together with contextual reports.  IP views have been sought and considering referral to committee hearing.
